In all cases, refunds apply only to paid selling rates and exludes the
processing fee which is absolutely non-refundable once credit cards are
charged.
Regular Season (June, July, August, September and October)
Cancellations received not less than 21 working days (excluding Sat, Sun
and public holidays) prior to check-in date will be entitled to a full
refund.
Cancellations
received less than 20 working days (excluding Sat, Sun and public holidays)
prior to check-in date are subject to a cancellation charge equivalent
to a (1) one-night stay (per person).
Less
than 10 days notification is non-refundable.
Peak Season (November - May and legal holidays)
Cancellations
received not less than 21 working days (excluding Sat, Sun and public
holidays) prior to check-in date will be entitled to a full refund.
Cancellation
received within 15 to 20 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public
Holidays) prior to check-in date are subject to a cancellation charge
equivalent to 50% of selling rate.
Less
than 15 days notification is non-refundable.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Card payments are charged with a 6% processing fee that is non-refundable.

Rates
are not applicable to walk-in guests at the hotel / resort counter.
