How to get there: By automobile or bus from Manila...a 2 to 3 hour trip to Batangas City Pier...you may take the SiKat (First Class Air Con) Bus each morning at 9:00 am from Centerpoint Hotel in Ermita...this connects with the SiKat Ferry at the Batangas Pier for a 2 hour ride to Puerto Galera Pier....round trip per person ro Puerto Galera is PhP 700. At Puerto Galera Pier you may take any one of a number of Banca's to Small La Laguna Beach (charge is PhP 150 per boat load) this is a 15 minute boat ride directly to the Portofino Beach Resort.

Alternatively, you may take a private auto or bus to Batangas City Pier and connect with many boats which go dirctly to Sabang Beach (which is a 10 minute walk to PORTOFINO) or to Puerto Galera...a short boat ride away.

Accommodation

Located on the finest white sand beach in Puerto Galera and set in a grove of coconut palms, this condo-hotel is constructed in award winning, Spanish-Mediterranean style architecture.... white wash walls contrast with the red Vigan tile floors and roof. There are fine local woods hewn in a rustic but carefully finished texture complimenting the smooth and rounded plaster finishes.

There are 25 first class, fully furnished, air conditioned residential units (homes) with full cooking facilities in addition to a bar and full service restaurant in the resort.

The waterfront resort overlooks a white sand beach and crystal clear waters that have snorkeling and SCUBA diving 40 meters from the waters edge.
